Job description
Within the workshop, you are responsible for:
- Performing complex fault diagnostics (electrical, electronic, or mechanical)
- Ensuring proper maintenance and updates of diagnostic tools
- Carrying out requested interventions on vehicles (repair, maintenance, servicing)
- Writing and transmitting Product Incident Reports (FIC) to technical services
- Communicating with the manufacturer's technical platforms
- Conducting vehicle tests before and after interventions, if necessary, with the client
- Documenting and ordering replacement parts
- Ensuring compliance with manufacturer repair methodologies
- Maintaining the tools entrusted for your missions
- Contributing to achieving service objectives (quality and profitability)
You:
- Have a degree at Bac +2 to Bac +3 level
- Have 2 to 3 years of experience in automotive after-sales
- Have knowledge in IT and diagnostics
- Are a team player, highly curious
- Are demanding, rigorous, and focused on client satisfaction
- Hold a category B driving license.
