Job Description: An opportunity titled * Airfield Mechanic H160 series (M/F) * is open within * Airbus Helicopters * at its * Marignane * site. You will join the team on the new production line of the H160 aircraft. Our department is responsible for the flight readiness and delivery of the new H160 helicopter. The role consists of performing necessary operations for implementing an aircraft in the field. We also participate in ground tests for rotor balancing and work closely with flight personnel. We conduct daily inspections as well as maintenance operations. Finally, we finalize the aircraft for presentation to the final customers for delivery.

• Tasks and Responsibilities: *

• Setting up and testing helicopter equipment before and after flight tests

• Conducting pre-flight and post-flight inspections

• Performing ground tests and flight preparations

• Participating in debriefings with crew members

• Carrying out maintenance operations

• Executing final configuration modifications

• Documenting quality records

• Contributing to product continuous improvement

• Skills: *

• Graduated with a Vocational High School or BTS degree in aeronautics or have military experience in the aeronautical maintenance field? * Join us and we will support you with internal technical training. We are seeking candidates with the following experience and skills:

• Open-minded towards change and proactive in implementing new processes

• Strong orientation towards digital tools (tablets for MES, connected tools, RFID freight cases, etc.)

• Proficient in Aircraft Flight Preparation, Maintenance Operations, Airworthiness Tracking, and Updating Aircraft Documentation

• Strong interpersonal skills, especially with flight personnel, with responsiveness and teamwork orientation

Linguistic Skills:

• Technical English: Intermediate
• French: Fluent

This position requires security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities. Professional travel is expected, thus you should be willing to travel accordingly.
