If you love aeronautics but dislike routine, and you're agile, flexible, and responsive, the OSW detachment is made for you! We work on the full fuselage of the A320/A321 and A350 programs, performing remaining tasks from the Montoir-de-Bretagne and Hamburg factories, and repairing/replacing damaged components during assembly until delivery. We value diverse skills and seek Aerostructure Mechanics motivated to develop expertise in mechanical (hydraulics, pneumatics, oxygen...) and/or electrical systems installation. Your missions include preparing and integrating aircraft system components according to defined standards, using tools for installation or dismantling, ensuring completeness of factory tasks, and providing FAL/Customer Line support for avionics system replacements. Travel within France/Europe may be required with variable work hours, including nights and weekends. **Skills: ** Aerostructure fitting, avionic systems knowledge, quality fundamentals, and metrology knowledge. Soft Skills: Precision, versatility, customer service orientation, and the ability to propose optimized processes.
