Join Airbus Atlantic, a global leader in aerostructures, pilots' seats, and First and Business Class passenger seats. If you love aviation but not routine, and are agile, flexible, and responsive, OSW is for you! We work on the complete fuselage of the A320/A321 and A350 programs, handling remaining work from Montoir-de-Bretagne and Hamburg factories. We also repair and replace damaged elements during the aircraft assembly cycle right up to delivery.
In a multi-skilled team, we value our companions' polyvalence and seek Aeronautical Structure Mechanics capable of repair and eager to develop skills in mechanical (hydraulic, pneumatic, oxygen) and/or electrical system installation.
Your Missions
- Prepare and integrate aircraft system components as per definition and applicable rules.
- Integrate/replace components to create main assemblies.
- Use manual tools/machines to install/remove parts.
- Ensure completeness of factory work.
- Provide customer FAL support for avionics system replacements.
Occasional business trips in France/Europe are possible.
Work schedule varies with activity: 2x8 - 9/10ths, nights, weekends (SD/VSD).

- Trained as an aerospace fitter/assembler with over 18 months of technical aerostructure experience, quality awareness, and customer satisfaction focus.
Technical Skills:
- Aeronautic structure fitting and assembly
- Avionics system knowledge
- Quality fundamentals
- Self-verification skills
- Metrology knowledge
Soft Skills:
- Rigorous, versatile, customer service-oriented
- Proposal-driven for optimized end-to-end processes, improving efficiency, responsiveness, and profitability.
Languages:
- French: Advanced
- English: Intermediate (B1)
