Join Airbus Atlantic, a global leader in aerostructures, pilot seats, and First/Business Class passenger chairs. If you love aviation but not routine, and you're agile, flexible, and responsive, the OSW detachment is perfect for you! You'll work on the complete fuselage of the A320/A321 and A350 programs, performing remaining tasks from our Montoir-de-Bretagne and Hamburg factories. We also repair and replace damaged parts during the assembly cycle and up to the aircraft's delivery. ?️✈️
We're looking for Aeronautical Structure Mechanics ready for repairs and eager to enhance their skills in mechanical (hydraulic, pneumatic, oxygen) and/or electrical systems installations.
Your Missions:
- Prepare and integrate system components following defined and applicable rules.
- Integrate/replace components or subassemblies to create main assemblies.
- Use hand tools or machines for part installation/removal.
- Ensure completeness of factory work and provide FAL Customer support on avionic system replacements.
Occasional travel within France/Europe may be required. Work hours vary based on activity (2x8, 9/10th, nights, weekends).
About You:
Trained as an Aerostructure Assembler, with over 18 months of experience, strong quality awareness, and customer satisfaction focus.
Technical Skills:
- Aircraft structure adjustment and assembly.
- Knowledge of avionic systems.
- Quality fundamentals.
- Autonomy in self-checking.
- Metrology knowledge.
Soft Skills:
- Precision, versatility, and customer service orientation.
- Propose optimized end-to-end processes to improve efficiency, responsiveness, and profitability across the Replacements framework.
Languages:
- Advanced French
- Intermediate English (B1)
