Our agency METIER INTERIM et CDI is seeking an AGRICULTURAL MECHANIC (M/F) to handle the preparation, maintenance, and repair of agricultural machinery both in the workshop and on-site. Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance and servicing of equipment:
- Perform pre-use checks: levels, lubrication, lighting, safety, etc.
- Carry out routine maintenance: oil changes, filter replacements, general checks.
- Maintain and update technical documents (logbooks, maintenance booklets).
- Clean and dismantle machines at the end of the season for a full inspection.
- Restore components: bearings, hydraulic hoses, engines, etc.
- Adjust and test new or repaired equipment.

Repair and troubleshooting:
- Diagnose faults and anomalies on agricultural machinery.
- Repair or replace faulty parts and test functionality post-repair.

Workshop management:
- Clean, maintain and adapt tools.
- Keep the workshop tidy and in good condition.
- Participate in stock management and report spare parts needs.
Working Environment: The job is based in a workshop with occasional fieldwork (in the fields). Activity peaks during intense agricultural periods (harvest, sowing). Possible settings include large farms, agricultural services companies, CUMA, or agricultural dealerships.
