Job description
As the After-Sales Service Advisor, you'll report to the workshop manager and be responsible for:
- Welcoming clients to our mechanical and bodywork workshops
- Scheduling appointments and managing them
- Taking charge of vehicles
- Coordinating mechanical and body repair interventions, while leading your team through the repair process and relevant legal data
- Overseeing expertise
- Returning vehicles to clients and ensuring their satisfaction
Your Profile:
- Hold a technical and/or commercial diploma from BAC Pro to Bac +3
- Are meticulous, autonomous, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Possess a strong team spirit and commercial acumen
- Have good IT knowledge
- Experience in the automotive after-sales service is essential
- Hold a driving license (B category)
Experience and industry knowledge are a must. This role is not suitable for apprentices.
