Your Responsibilities:

• Provide advice and support to private and professional clients (SMEs) with tailor-made solutions in insurance, provident, and finance.
• Develop, retain, and manage your client portfolio through quality service and recommendations.
• Meet your clients in person (at the agency or their homes), by phone, or through videoconferencing.
• Handle the administrative follow-up of your files, supported by advanced digital tools and a dedicated support team.

Your Profile:

• Completed an apprenticeship or have initial professional experience. Experience in insurance is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent command of the French language (oral and written). Knowledge of another language is a plus.
• Service-oriented personality, excellent interpersonal skills, and enjoyment of providing advice.
• Autonomous, organized, meticulous, and motivated by achieving objectives.
• Comfortable with IT tools and new technologies.

• Already hold the AFA-VBV certificate? Join our recruitment process immediately.
• Not trained yet? We offer a comprehensive certification training with several formats to choose from (in-person in Nyon or guided autonomy) to obtain your certification and secure a permanent contract.
