Join the Municipal Technical Center team as a mechanic under the guidance of the Director. You'll handle mechanical troubleshooting and repair for the town's vehicle fleet. From diesel and petrol engines to hydraulic systems on unique vehicles such as washers, sweepers, and cranes, your expertise will be essential.
Responsibilities Include:
- General mechanics on all vehicle types
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Engine and transmission overhauls
- Work on hydrostatic systems
- Mechanical system intervention (clutches, brakes, hydraulics)
Profile Requirements:
- Mechanic training
- Ability to detect vehicle malfunctions
- Competence in reading maintenance documents and safety instructions
- Initiative in curative or preventive interventions
- Use of electronic diagnostic tools
Heavy lifting required. Must hold a Category B license; Category C is a plus.
This full-time position is immediately available. CAP / BEP education and at least 1 year of mechanical experience are optional but beneficial.
